EVOip active for Cisco: Central recording
ASC`s active VoIP recording solution may be installed anywhere in the IP network and operates independent of the LAN structure. Operating with Cisco Unified communications Manager version 6.x or higher the new integrated recording features of UCM are available. These features allow duplication of the audio streams by the phone system prior to transmission to the recorder. Thus, the conference capacity is unaffected. For older versions of the UCM audio streams are sent by a conference call to EVOip. EVOip works with both methods simultaneously to cover almost all IP phones.
EVOip+ for Cisco: Passive recording ASC“s passive recording solution evaluates the LAN traffic through a SPAN/ monitoring port at a switch. To provide additional call index data such as phone numbers, call direction or call duration, the SCCP (Skinny) or the SIP protocol are analyzed. The switch differentiates gateway-side from stationside recording. EVOip+ for Cisco is compatible with almost all versions of UCM and UCM Express.
